Tubeyservers provides server hosting services for gaming applications (“Services”). You must provide all equipment necessary for their connection to the internet and be responsible for all fees related thereto. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time for any reason without notice or refund.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account. You agree to notify Tubeyservers immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Tubeyservers will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.

You agree to not use the Services to:

a. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

b. Harm minors in any way;

c. Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Tubeyservers official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

d. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service.

4. Billing and Payment

By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay Tubeyservers the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a service and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual period as indicated.

5. Refunds

Refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of Tubeyservers. Please contact us directly at contact@tubey-servers.com for inquiries regarding refunds.

6. Termination

Tubeyservers reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Services for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on Tubeyservers is owned by us or our content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

You are responsible for the content you store or run on your server(s), including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You must have the legal right to use, share, and display any of said content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tubeyservers makes no warranty that the services will meet your requirements, or that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Tubeyservers, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services.

10. Modification

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms periodically for changes.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tubeyservers is established, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
