To start a subscription, simply order from the homepage.

Subscriptions are automatic and will run once per month at your chosen plan rate until you cancel. 

Simply choose a new plan in your account settings. Your service will automatically update and the difference will be prorated until your next billing due date – at which time your new payment will go into effect with respect to your new selected plan. 

We will look at each request on a case by case basis to determine when and where a refund is needed, as well as the amount. Refunds issued are sent to the original form of payment. Processing times ary by bank but generally arrive within 1-5 business days.
